The coarse fish nets have a larger mesh that allows water to pass through more quickly. Many prefer these for catching fast fish. The "Infra-Red" Nets are supposedly harder for the fish to see, making it easier to catch them.
The soft fine mesh fish nets are a good choice for catching fish with delicate fins and small fish.
