What You See Is What You Get
You receive the actual fish shown in the photo/video.

All live fish must be shipped by themselves with no other products in the box.

We will contact you by email to arrange shipping. You should whitelist our email address (found on Contact Us page. 

If you are looking for a particular number that hasn't been coming up in a group, you can email a request and we'll see what we can do. We will not take requests for less than 4 fish - it's just too much work setting up the tank and doing all the work for fewer than that.
