We were in need of an update with a better, more reliable shopping cart, customer accounts, saved invoices, etc, so we spent the time and money to improve. A couple of negatives came with the new design. One, this blog is not as polished as the WordPress blog we had before. It is also near impossible to easily transfer the comments to this one, so we probably won't even try. Another issue is that we had to use new page links, so many old links on the web will end up with a "404 page not found". You can still use the menus to navigate to the right page. It will take some time to get all the redirects in place, so this doesn't happen as much.
This cart comes with a nicer product review feature, but once again, getting the old reviews onto this site is all but impossible. Since we lost hundreds of reviews from the old site, we'd really appreciate it if anyone is willing to submit another one here.
