Conditions of Fish Guarantee

You or a representative must accept delivery from the carrier
within 2 hours of the arrival time. If the carrier leaves and
doesn't come back until after the 2 hour limit, there is no
guarantee. If there is any problem we want you to let us
know immediately, but must be notified within 2 hours of the
first delivery attempt for the guarantee to remain in effect.

The fish must not be left outside. If a carrier leaves them
outdoors because no one was available on a delivery attempt,
then the live delivery guarantee is cancelled. They can be sent
to a neighbor, a work address or anywhere someone is sure to
be available to accept the fish. The absolute safest delivery
option is to pick them up at the nearest
UPS Customer Center, or the local Post Office. This can
cut as much as 8-10 hours off the delivery time, and keep them
out of an overly hot/cold delivery truck.

Any dead fish must be sent back before any refund will be
given. Click here for
the procedure. As an alternative, you may send us a clear digital
photo by e-mail, showing the dead fish with their complete tail
removed. After we acknowledge the dead fish you may dispose
of them.

The products we sell are used or tested in our own hatcheries. The
show-quality fish you see on this website are raised exclusively
on the foods that we sell, and our grow-out tanks contain the sponge
filters you will find here. Other than the aquariums they are in,
we do not use a single product for raising our fish, that we do
not sell. The products we offer are the best and give you the greatest
value for your money. We stand behind that confidence with the guarantee
that if you do not like what we send you, we will give you your
money back or an exchange for up to 30 days after your purchase.
In addition, most products are backed by generous manufacturer warranties.
We are the manufacturer of all products that contain an Angels Plus
label.
If the product is defective then the manufacturer will take care
of the problem. If you have simply changed your mind and do not
want it, then it must be sent back in the original packaging
in new, unused condition. If you want to exchange a non-defective
item, any difference in price and the shipping charges must be prepaid
on the new item before it will be shipped. Defective items must
