We guarantee satisfaction with the quality of our fish! Most other fish breeders only guarantee live delivery. Why is it that they don't guarantee you will like the fish they send? You would be upset if someone sent you inferior fish that just happened to live through the shipping process, and the shipper decided they had met their obligation to you. We not only guarantee live delivery, we give you 48 hours after delivery to decide whether the quality is what you expect.

We guarantee live delivery for fish in transit up to 2 days after shipping an Overnight shipment. We guarantee all Overnight shipments for 2 shipping days from when they leave our hatchery, if they die due to no fault of yours. If the carrier is late on a next-day shipment, you still have a guarantee for the following day. On Second-Day and Ground shipments, we also guarantee the safe transit for two days during the warmer months of the year. You assume some risk if ordered by 2nd Day during cold weather when we cannot gurarantee them. Ground and 2nd Day shipments are only guaranteed if they are picked up at the local Fedex Staffed Location when they arrive. When ordering by 2nd Day or Ground, enter "FedEx Staffed Location"  in the "deliver-to" address section of our shopping cart.

What we DON'T guarantee: We do not guarantee the fish contain only the color genes listed with the fish. Many genes are recessive or have the possibility of being masked, obscured, or not expressed under some circumstances. If you want no possibility of other color genes, you will have to find a breeder who has tested for all known genes (about a 3-5 year process on each fish) and then does not outcross. Even then, your fish are almost certain to contain other color genes that simply haven't been named or whose inheritance characteristics have not been identified.

We do not guarantee size. We try to be accurate with our descriptions and will gladly describe them to best of our ability, if you ask.

We do not guarantee that you will keep them alive. If you do not quarantine them, they may die. If you do not acclimate according to our instructions, they may die. People can kill them by overfeeding, having inadequate filtration and many other ways that are out of our control.  We guarantee they will arrive in good condition.  It is up to you to keep them that way.

We do guarantee they will be healthy when you receive them. If you think they are not healthy upon delivery, let us know immediately.  We are very good at diagnosis and solving problems when given the chance.
