Wild-Cross Angelfish
Wild-crosses: It's not the easiest thing to get the initial cross of an all-wild
fish with a domestic, but once you do, the results are amazing.
The resulting fish are simply better in almost every respect. We've
already done the hard work with these. The upcoming generations
from these crosses will spawn almost as readily as most domestic
angelfish. We have chosen Peruvian scalare for these crosses,
because we believe they are the most beautiful variant of wild
angelfish. Peruvians have a lot of yellow on the body and
reddish hues in the fins. They also tend to have a lot of body
speckles. The ventral are blue and curve in a half-moon shape.
Many of these traits pass to the F1 crosses.
